1. Where is Swift House on Congress located?
You’ll find us right in the heart of downtown Austin at 916, 918, and 920 Congress Ave, on the corner of 10th St and Congress Ave!
2. How do I check availability, request a proposal, or schedule a tour?
Just fill out our contact form or send us an email, and our team will get back to you as soon as possible!
3. How do I confirm a booking?
Once you’re ready to lock in your date, we just need a signed contract and a deposit to make it official. Easy as that!
4. What parking is available?
Street parking is typically available along 9th and 10th Streets (approx. $2.50/hour), payable via the Park ATX App or QR codes at nearby meters. For garage options, the 816 Congress Garage (179 W 9th St, ~$8/hour) and 823 Congress Garage (910 Brazos St, ~$15/hour) are both close by. You can also check Parkopedia for real-time nearby options and rates.
5. Can I bring my pet to an event?
As much as we love pets, we have to keep it to service animals only at our venue. Thanks so much for understanding!
6. Can I hold a photo or film shoot at Swift House?
Absolutely! We’ve hosted everything from photo sessions to full production-style film shoots here, so we’d love to have you. Just reach out to our team to check availability and get everything set up
7. I have a question not answered here — how do I get in touch?
No worries — just shoot us an email, and we’ll get you the answers you need!
8. Can units 916, 918, and 920 be rented individually?
9. Can I bring in my own vendors/caterers?
Yes, absolutely! We’re also happy to share our preferred vendors list if you’d like some great recommendations.
10. Do you provide bartending services?
We sure do — or you’re welcome to bring in your own bartenders! Just keep in mind we’re an unlicensed venue, so alcohol will need to be purchased and brought in separately. All bartenders must be TABC certified.
